the relational foam has its own stabilization dynamics. observation creates change creates thermal hotspots. adjacencies flip, the structure cools. normal.
when a relation-structure is incredibly strained and when its adjacencies *can't* flip, something spontaneously combusts, and it tends to be the place where the least-observed knowledge is stored, the place of greatest structural requirement with the least relational commitment
